  • Who is Seher Eyri Genç? (1970-Eskişehir)Born in Eskişehir in 1970, she completed her primary, secondary, and high school education (1987) in Eskişehir and then earned an associate’s degree in the Ceramics Department of Anadolu University Bilecik Vocational School (1992). She completed her internship in a private ceramics studio in Istanbul. After settling in Antalya in 1998, she focused on her paintings. In 2001, she opened her own studio and continues her work there under the name Fener Art Studio.During the studio period, she shared her studio with many amateur art enthusiasts, especially children, in response to requests. Meanwhile, she completed her BA (2006) and an Associate’s Degree in Public Relations (2004) in the Department of Business Administration at Anadolu University’s Open Education Faculty.She had the opportunity to present her works to art lovers in numerous solo and group exhibitions. She participated in exhibitions and events in Belgium, England, Canada, Denmark, the USA, France, and Greece, and participated in the Florence Biennale.Recently, his passion for the sea, boats bobbing on the sea, and light has emerged, influenced by the geography in which he lives. Many of his works depict boats bobbing against a vaguely modern city skyline in the background. He generally strives to impressively depict the reflection of a group of sailboats on the water.
