Who is Makbule Ayaz? (1963-Samsun)She was born in Samsun in 1963. She graduated from Samsun On Dokuz Mayıs University, Faculty of Education, Department of Painting in 1984. She taught painting in Çanakkale and Samsun until 2005. She has been working in her own studio since 2006. She is a member of the United Painters and Sculptors Association.In addition to her personal exhibitions, she has participated in many mixed exhibitions and fairs. She has many works in national and international private collections. The artist continues her art life in her private studio in Samsun.Art Perspective; The artist traces the past in her works and stays in the moment. The past is everything that has been experienced up to that moment. Dreams turn into images and create their own space. The selected figure merges with the motionless, silent and dull story. All the action is done to leave a small mark on the passing time. It is an effort to add meaning to existence and to capture the essence of everything that has been and can be experienced. During the editing process, graphic design elements support the story and prepare it for the canvas. The canvas surface is always a new beginning.
