A selection titled "Teachers and Students," compiled from the Türkiye İş Bankası Art Collection, was exhibited at the Türkiye İş Bankası Milas Branch on July 26-27.

İş Sanat's second stop in its "Art for Everyone: Anatolian Exhibitions" was the Milas district of Muğla. The exhibition, held at the Türkiye İş Bankası Milas Branch on Saturday, July 26 and Sunday, July 27, featured paintings from the Türkiye İş Bankası Art Collection by three prominent representatives of Turkish painting: Milas-born Turan Erol, his teacher at the Fine Arts Academy, Bedri Rahmi Eyüboğlu, and his student at the Gazi Education Institute, Yalçın Gökçebağ.

The exhibition, titled "Teachers and Students," shared the Anatolian-centered creative perspectives of these artists, who distinguished themselves in their respective generations through their individual artistic journeys, while also highlighting the continuity of art across generations. The exhibition opened with a speech by İş Sanat General Manager Zuhal Üreten, where art historian Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ayşe Köksal provided visitors with information about the artists and their works. Workshops were also held for young art lovers.

A significant portion of the Türkiye İş Bankası Art Collection, established in 1940 and currently home to 2,800 works, is available for art lovers at the Türkiye İş Bankası Painting and Sculpture Museum. İş Sanat General Manager Zuhal Üreten, speaking at the opening of the Anatolian Exhibitions in Milas, a component of the Museum's learning programs, emphasized that they leveraged İş Bank's nationwide branch network to bring these selections to art lovers. She added:

“We invite art lovers of all ages and education levels to the selections we've announced under the title 'Art for Everyone.' We were extremely pleased with the overwhelming interest shown in İbrahim Çallı's works at our first exhibition in Denizli's Çal district. We are delighted to present our 'Teachers and Students' selection, which brings together three important figures from our art history, to art lovers in Milas,” Üreten said. She also announced that the next selection from the Anatolian Exhibitions will be exhibited at the Türkiye İş Bankası Gallipoli Branch on August 9-10, on the 110th anniversary of the Battle of Anafartalar.
