The exhibition includes works by artists Ali Omar, Ayşe Eylül Sönmez, Bala Kavlakoğlu, Demet Atay, Evren Gül, Fadıl İnam, Özlem Metinkaya, Salih Alnajar, Sibel Okumuş, Sima Bagherzadeh and Ümmühan Özgür Yılmaz.
Hüseyin Emiroğlu, who curated the exhibition, told AA reporters that they created a selection that brings together artists who have previously held solo exhibitions at the gallery.
Emiroğlu emphasized that they are very happy to present the works of local and foreign artists to the appreciation of Istanbul art lovers and noted the following:
"As the Kelimat Art Gallery, we are meeting with art lovers in our new location in Fıstıkağacı Neighborhood in Üsküdar. We had to change the location due to high rent demands, but we are happy. Since we are not a sales-oriented gallery, we continue to continue our art activities in any case and continue to do beautiful work with our artists. We will also sign beautiful exhibitions in the new year. We expect Üsküdar art lovers to watch our exhibitions."
Artist Bala Kavlakoğlu drew attention to the fact that there were works in the exhibition that did not contradict each other and complemented each other and said, "Kelimat Art is a very brave gallery. I have been working with this gallery for a long time. I had previously opened a solo exhibition with this gallery. Hopefully, I will open a solo exhibition at Platfrom A in Ankara next week. I welcome all Ankara art lovers."
The exhibition will be on view until December 31.
