A member of the United Painters and Sculptors Association and SAKÜDER, the artist continues his artistic work in his own personal studio in Mersin.Art Perspective; The artist, who constructs her works through geometric forms, also adopts an approach that abstracts these same forms. Her productions center on the issues of the other, identity, and women as themes; despite her abstractionist approach, she has also incorporated hints of concrete reality into some of her works. Weaving data reduced to symbolic language with lyrical narratives, the artist has combined the “Simurgu,” also known as the Phoenix, with the theme of migration. She visualized her desired phenomenon by transforming it into a crane, stylized with schematic, broad contours. In her recent works, she has occasionally attempted to analyze her subjects based on abstract and concrete reality; these new pursuits have evolved into research on form and texture with a colorist orientation. Focusing particularly on the term “loneliness,” the artist has reduced human figures and the sense of belonging established through the crane form to a symbolic language. Using masking, printing, oil painting, acrylic, artistic and transfer printing techniques, the artist continues her exploration of socio-cultural issues that have caught her attention.Awards: 2024-İnönü University 50th Anniversary National Painting Competition Exhibition & Catalogue 2024-SAKÜDER 100th Anniversary of the Republic Painting Competition. 2nd Prize. 2022-5th International Ex-libris Competition Exhibition & Catalogue 2022-Uşak Municipality "Historical and Cultural Traces of Uşak on its 100th Anniversary" International Ex-libris Competition Exhibition 2020-Collector Orhan KARADOĞAN "Hand in Hand with My Teacher Painting Competition G.S.L. 3rd Place 2019-74th Giants Painting and Sculpture Painting Competition (Original Print) Exhibition 2015-SAKÜDER 10th Anniversary Painting Competition Special Prize Jury Prize 2009-İnönü University 4th National Painting Competition Exhibition & Catalogue 2006- Art Academy Painting Competition Award and Exhibition 1988- Second Place in the İçel Youth Week Çukurova Painting Competition 1987- First Place in the İçel Youth Week Çukurova Painting Competition 1983- First Place in the Eastern Anatolia "Traffic" Themed Painting Competition
