    • Who is Maşallah Bilge Kahraman? (1966-Diyarbakır)Maşallah Bilge Kahraman was born in Diyarbakır in 1966. After completing high school, he placed his passion for painting, which began at an early age, at the center of his life. His interest in art dates back to his childhood; from that time on, the connection he established with nature, color, and light shaped the fundamental direction of his artistic journey. Kahraman, who has worked with various techniques for nearly forty years, has developed a unique narrative language over time, expressing his inner world under the guidance of nature. The artist's creative process is intuitive and experiential. Kahraman describes the creative process as "trusting the unknown"; he believes that a seemingly wrong brushstroke often transforms into the most powerful detail in a work. With this understanding, nature is both an inspiration and a teacher for him. The phrase "Nature is my teacher" most simply summarizes the artist's creative philosophy. In every canvas he embraces, the harmonies of color and the refractions of light offered by nature merge with the artist's inner orientations. Lighthouses and seascapes hold a special place in Kahraman's works. Lighthouses are not merely architectural elements in his paintings, but also symbols of hope, guiding us through history with their light. In these works, the sea represents the depths of the human soul, while the light of the lighthouse represents resistance to darkness. The rhythm of the waves, the reflections of the sky, and the traces of time are palpable in his brushstrokes. Beyond simply observing nature, the artist establishes an emotional dialogue with it; this dialogue gives each painting a poetic atmosphere. For Maşallah Bilge Kahraman, painting is a way of expressing one's inner world and a means of leaving a mark on cultural memory. His works combine themes of hope, rebellion, dream, and truth. His paintings reflect not only nature but also the complexity, universality, and emotional depth of life. Kahraman's art is a visual narrative of a serene yet powerful inner journey, reinterpreting the ancient bond between humanity and nature, guided by light.Selected Exhibitions;• April 10, 2025, “Lighthouses,” solo exhibition, Galata Bohem Gallery.• Vefa Exhibition, May 2025 • April 25-29, 2024, Kas-Der Mutual Aid Exhibition, Prof. Dr. Türkan Saylan Cultural Center • Karl & EIN Art Gallery, 2024 • IAAF Art and Antiques Fair, November 16, 2024, solo exhibitor • April 4, 2023, Hüsrev Kethuda Hamam • April 14, 2023, Color and Harmony, Kartal Municipality Fairgrounds • IAAF Art and Antiques Fair 2023, HESK, January 25, 2023 • “If One Wants” International Culture and Art Exhibition, May 23, Bakırköy Municipality İspirtohane Cultural Center, 2024 • Yunus Emre Cultural Center, Let the Children Study, February 8, 2020
