In the new selection of Anatolian Exhibitions, the roses of Isparta come to life again on canvases with the master brushes of Turkish painting.
The new selection of Anatolian Exhibitions, titled 'Rose Season,' will be on display at the İş Bankası Eğirdir Branch on June 27-28. Carefully compiled from the Türkiye İş Bankası Art Collection, this selection brings together compositions by artists from different generations who have focused on this flower, synonymous with Isparta, on canvas.
In 'Rose Season'; The exhibition features works by renowned artists such as İbrahim Çallı, İbrahim Safi, Nazlı Ecevit, and Naci Kalmukoğlu, as well as Nimet Berdan, Abdullah Meriçadalı, and Münip Özben, who interpret nature and still life in their own unique styles. Landscapes reflecting this region, as seen through the eyes of Nurettin Ergüven, who visited Isparta as part of the "Homeland Tours" program organized during the Republican era, are also presented to the audience.
This special exhibition, taking place in Isparta, the homeland of roses, deeply conveys the profound connection between nature and art in every work, from brushstrokes to compositional choices.

The Anatolian Exhibitions, which began with a selection in the Çal district in July 2025, presented different selections to art lovers in Milas, Gelibolu, Kocatepe, Antakya, Midyat, Edremit, İznik, Pozcu, Lüleburgaz, and Amasra. The project has received various awards from important platforms such as the Mercury Excellence Awards, MarCom, Sardis, Toplumsal Fayda, and the Istanbul Marketing Awards.
The Anatolian Exhibitions, a regular activity of the Türkiye İş Bankası Painting and Sculpture Museum's learning programs, and met with great interest from art lovers, will continue to bring together today's generations with the lands where our shared cultural heritage originated.
