Croatian Ambassador to Ankara Hrvoje Cvitanovic, diplomatic representatives of many countries and many guests attended the opening ceremony of the exhibition held in a shopping mall in Ankara.

In his speech here, Ambassador Cvitanovic stated that the tie evolved from a ribbon worn around the neck, used to distinguish Croatian soldiers from others in the 17th century.

Cvitanovic said, "With this exhibition, we tried to glorify the tie by bringing together beautiful images of Zeynep Munzur's rich and artistic soul with the perspectives of Zagreb, Croatia and Turkey. While some canvases show landscapes, details, moods, they are also about the suffering of the Croatian people during the Croatian War of Independence." "It also gives a message." said.

Painter Munzur emphasized that the two countries have a rich and glorious history together and said, "Today, I am tying an endless knot around Turkey and Croatia with my works, I hope you all like it." he said.

The exhibition can be visited until May 11.
