Who is Füsun Diriker? (1978-Bursa)
-Born in Bursa in 1978.
-Graduated from the Painting Department of Işılay Saygın Fine Arts High School in Izmir in 1996.
-Graduated from Dokuz Eylül University’s Department of Art and Crafts Teaching in 2000.
-Teached Art and Ballet at Izmir Private Turkish College from 2001 to 2003.
-Teached Art at METU College in Denizli from 2003 to 2022.
-During her 21 years as a teacher, she participated in numerous seminars and social responsibility projects. She participated in various group exhibitions both domestically and internationally.
Art Perspective;
With scenes ranging from Paris and New York to Aegean towns and the enchanting streets of Europe, the artist invites the viewer to places they once passed through or dreamed of.
With his brilliant use of color, rhythmic brushstrokes, and the fluidity of his human figures, these scenes become not merely landscapes but felt memories.
The trams, cafes, street musicians, and historic buildings frequently encountered in his works emerge as symbols that embody both the spirit of the cities and the warmth of human relationships.
The artist’s perspective is not merely a visual depiction; it reinterprets lived experience, longing, and cultural diversity within an emotional context.
Both his teaching experience and his pictorial experience imbue his work with an observant depth and narrative power.
