Küçükçekmece Municipality, in cooperation with Istanbul Museum of Graphic Arts, Turkey's first contemporary printmaking museum, brought together the works of Turkish and foreign masters of printmaking art with art lovers at Gallery Cennet. The exhibition, which includes original printing techniques, can be visited at Cennet Gallery until February 27.

“You will witness how talented Turkish artists are”

Master artist Süleyman Saim Tekcan, founder of IMOGA, Küçükçekmece Municipality Culture and Social Affairs Director Güney Özkılınç and many art lovers attended the opening of the exhibition titled 'Colors and Traces'. Sharing his happiness and excitement with the participants at the opening of the exhibition, Süleyman Saim Tekcan said, “If it wasn't for Atatürk, I wouldn't be here right now. I grew up as a child of a poor family in the free schools he opened. We will watch an exhibition consisting of selections from a museum I founded to pay my debt to him. This exhibition truly represents Turkish art and shows how talented Turkish artists are. "I would like to thank Küçükçekmece Mayor Kemal Çebi and Director of Culture and Social Affairs Güney Özkılınç for their contributions," he said.
