Artistic Perspective:
In my paintings, my aim is to convey the theme of women, the main character, through my own eyes in a figurative, abstract style. Women are carriers, transformers, elegant and powerful, silent and wise. There is hope in their smiles and freedom in their stances.
My women are not merely painted figures; they are beings who give meaning to life, redefine beauty, and question existence. Sometimes they gaze at the viewer with sadness, sometimes with enthusiasm, but always with a purpose. Because life is reshaped in their eyes, with a piece of soul. These eyes don’t just look; they tell stories. They smile calmly while silently crying out.
In my artistic practice, my aim is to create rough surfaces on the canvas to reflect the layeredness and uncertainty inherent in life itself. I consider the rough surfaces I consciously create as metaphors for the inherent layering and uncertainty of life. The riot of color is a visual expression of my connection with emotions. For me, roughness is an inevitable part of life. In a world where everything is not clear and perfect, I believe that sometimes the blurry can be more sincere, deeper, and more human.
