
Who is Mutlu Dölek? (1976-İstanbul)
Born in Istanbul in 1976, Dölek graduated from Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University. He showed his enthusiasm for design, which started in 1995, by applying it in areas such as textilo and natural stone. He has studies in different regions in the field of decorative painting and his studies in this field are still continuing. He continues his work for hobby purposes and preparing students for the exams of fine arts faculties, which he started in 2004, at Mutlu Sanat, based on sincere painting.

In nis second exhibition titled “Duet Two”, which he presented to the audience in 2013, he reflected duet moments with himself on canvas in two different styles. The third of the series of exhibitions is a continuation of the previous exhibitions. Painter Mutiu DOLEK depicts the breathing moments of women who cannot escape the lives they think they have missed, on the convas. It expresses women stuck in that moment of respite with backgrounds of different textures, missed, on the canvas. The artist, who started giving painting lessons while he was still a student, continued to
prepare students for the exams of fine arts faculties after graduation. He has contributed to his artistic life in different sectors by using his creativity skills. He has works in areas such as natural stone panel designs, ceramic patterns, wall painting, decorative space
arrangements, hand-drawn works, and file model works. He also worked with mentally disabled children in a learning skills development program for 2 years. They have worked with orphans for 4 years and have achieved success by including these children in various competitions to give them a chance. He worked with children at the college level for 4 years and tried to direct and guide those who were incli-ned towards fine arts. He still continues to work with orphaned children.
